Invitation to Participate in the West Virginia Initiative "Connections for Recovery"

To help support individuals in recovery from substance use disorder, the State of West Virginia has partnered with CHESS Health to launch Connections, a free smartphone app that is scientifically proven to support patients in recovery by reducing relapse and promoting pro-social engagement.

A Free Smartphone App to Help with Recovery

  • Connect with trained counselors and peers through messaging,
  • Track your treatment plan and set reminders,

Process to get setup

  1. Click the link below to complete an individual enrollment form.
  2. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a download link via text message.
  3. Download, install, and start using the Connections App including daily check-ins, eTherapy, message boards and more!
